A $10 check will be sent to families who refer a Music Together that uses their name on the registration form. NINE SEMESTER CYCLE REWARD
Families who complete all nine Music Together collections - Bongos, Bells, Triangle, Fiddle, Drum, Tambourine, Flutes, Sticks and Maracas, will be rewarded with a free enrollment for one child in the next collection. 

Families who complete all nine collections but prefer to instead enroll their child in our piano program the next semester may enjoy 50% off the final ninth semester or a free summer enrollment.  To receive 50% off the ninth semester, a non-refundable registration fee for summer or fall piano is due with spring semester Music Together enrollment.

COLLEGE STUDENT FAMILIES
For families with at least one parent enrolled full time in college, we are happy to offer a $20 student discount for the first child and a sibling discount of $10. COUPONS
Music Moves occasionally offers coupons that may be used at the time of registration.  Coupon codes are necessary for online registration.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Families who need monthly payment plans may choose:

TUITION ASSISTANCE

Music is for everyone!  If your budget is tight and grandparents are not able to assist with tuition (our classes make wonderful holiday or birthday gifts!), we are happy to consider three equal monthly payments (see above "Payment Options"). Alternately, a tuition assistance application is available.  The application does not require detailed financial information, but instead asks for more personal information about your interest in music education for your child, your own musical background, the cirumstances of your request, and whether you have any flexibility with our class schedule.  You additionally will have opportunity to barter something in exchange for a reduced tuition.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Tuition Refunds

• Full refund for classes without minimum enrollment
• Tuition refund before registration deadline (one week before class begins) subject to $15 cancellation fee.
• Tuition refund before second class subject to $25 cancellation fee.  If book and unopened CDs are not returned, refund is subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• Tuition refund is not available after the second class.  Partial credit may apply towards another session.  Credit not transferable to another family.
  

Make-ups

• Two make-ups per session may be arranged based on availability.
• Make-ups must be taken during session and cannot transfer to another session.
• Credit is not given for missed classes.
• Contact Music Moves to schedule make-up class.
  

Cancelled classes

• If the instructor cancels class, families will be offered a make-up, credit towards another session or an additional class at the end of the semester.
• Classes are cancelled when the school district near the teaching location cancels due to weather conditions.  In the event of a two-hour school delay, classes do NOT cancel.

Visitors

• Siblings
• Kindergarten siblings enrolled in piano lessons may attend Music Together classes without charge, but students must participate.
• non-enrolled siblings birth-five may visit twice without additional charge.
• Non-enrolled siblings over age five may attend class without additional charge, but must participate.
• Alert instructor before brining additional children to class.
• Other visitors
• Relatives or visiting friends are welcome to attend one class without additional charge.
• Grandparents or other adults are always welcome.
• Alert instructor before bringing guests.
  

Parking

• Park in lots, not in drive-through areas

Food, drink

• Leave food and drink items outside the classroom.

Dirty Diapers 

•     If you need to change a dirty diaper, please take it home with you.  We have extra ziplock bags for your convenience.

Arrival and Departure Information

• Please help us maintain a good relationship with the churches that allow us to use their building for our music classes.  Teach your children to use their walking feet and indoor voices when you enter and exit the building.

• Families may visit a class during the session or attend a demo class between sessions
• Check online for demo class schedule.
• RSVP demo classes or call to schedule a visit.

ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• Newborn siblings under 8 months planning to attend Music Together classes must enroll, but no additional charge will be added to your total.
• Families who prefer to pay with a check must choose the "pay later" option.
• Write checks payable to "Music Moves" and mail to confirm registration.
• New Music Together families are encouraged to complete the "How did you hear about us?" box at the bottom of the registration form.  If another Music Moves family referred you, they will receive a $10 check from Music Moves.
• Your online submission of the registration form is not complete without a check in the final box indicating your acceptance of the terms and conditions.
